Our course is Nationally recognised - It meets Australian Qualifications Framework standards.
Assessments for qualifications are competency based, which means students are assessed against the unit of competency (unit) requirements.

Students will receive a 'Satisfactory (S)' or 'Not Yet Satisfactory (NYS)' result.

When a student receives a satisfactory result for all assessment tasks a 'competent' outcome will be awarded for the entire unit, and a certificate will be issued.

If you are not happy with your grade, you can complete the assessment appeals form.
If you complete the full course you will receive a Qualification, otherwise you will receive a statement of attainment for completed units. 

This course is nationally recognised and your certificate will be issued under the Australian Quality Training Framework standards.
This course is offered by Distance Education, so you can enrol and pay at any time.
We allow a maximum of 12 months to complete the course, however many have completed the qualification in as little as 1-2 months.   A lot depends on how quickly you start work, and how much time you can devote to your study. 
 
In order to complete this course within the 12 months, you should aim to complete at least 1 unit every 4-5 weeks.
 
There is no minimum time to complete the course. 
 
If you feel that you need a little extra time, please contact us, as we may be able to provide an extension for a small additonal fee. This fee may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
There are no academic pre-requisites for this course.

If you choose to study this course online, you must have access to an internet enabled computer.

Students will be expected to communicate with their trainer/assessor via email.
If this is not possible, students can book a phone meeting at a mutually convenient time.

You must be located within Australia, and not hold a student visa.
Our current offer allows you to study this course from $795.

There is an addtional fee of $250 if you require printed workbooks to be posted to you.

This course is offered by distance education. This means that we don't have to rent classrooms and we pass these savings onto our students. We have priced our courses very competitively in order to make them as attractive as possible to potential students. The quality of our service is not reflected by our competitive pricing!

Refunds
Please be aware that refunds are not provided for students who change their mind, or who do not complete the course within the required time frame.

How much Does RPL cost?
This offer does not apply to students requesting Recognition of Prior Knowledge (RPL), and there are no further discounts for students requesting Direct Credit transfers. If you require RPL, please contact us so that we can review your options.

Are there any additional fees?
Generally No - the course fee stated on the website includes all mandatory course materials. Should you wish to purchase additional texts, or resources you may do so, but you will be required to pay for them. The course fee includes an initial and a single subsequent review of each of your assignments.

This course is offered as an adult distant education program. You can start any time you like, and we offer full telephone support to our distance learners. This allows your study to fit into your work schedule or lifestyle, and provides you with high quality training wherever you live.
This course is offered by distance education.

ONLINE OPTION:  All resources are provided electronically via our elearning portal. Our ePortal is web based and requires Adobe Flash Player. We are not responsible for hardware / software related issues, compatibility concerns and will not assist in any troubleshooting requests.   Due to licensing requirements, you are not able to print the online materials.

WORKBOOK OPTION:  we ship all the course materials to you in hard copy, so that you can complete the assignments in your own time. This option allows you to spread your materials over the lounge room table if you so wish, without forcing you to sit in front of a computer while you read and complete the course workbooks.

RPL stands for ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ and is an assessment process that lets people with substantial existing skills and knowledge demonstrate their competence without first having to be trained.
 
This is a great option if:
 You have worked in an industry for a period of time but do not hold a nationally recognised qualification;
You are looking to progress your career or re-enter the workforce; or
You would like to successfully transition from one career path to another.

Easy HR recognises that some students may have existing qualifications or work experience within this field.  Where evidence can be provided, we may be able to grant credit for some units of the course. As a result the course fee and number of assignments required may be varied.

We offer 2 RPL packages, the cost is determined by how many units you wish to RPL and how we split the workload.

Trainer Support
Each enrolled student will have access to trainer support. Trainers can be contacted by telephone and email during business hours. There is no additional cost to chat with a trainer. All of our trainers are passionate industry experts who are available to guide you through this learning experience.  In some cases you may need to make an appointment to talk with your trainer, as they be be conducting face to face training.   You can always leave a message or send them an email directly.
