This is a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

A Diploma in Work Health and Safety (BSB51315) is now the minimum requirement for WHS management in most workplaces. Easy HR offers a nationally recognised, work based and flexible training program for staff to gain this qualification.

The training and assessment can be done by distance learning and is specifically designed to help supervisors, union representatives, safety committee members, assistant safety officers and other staff who identify and manage workplace health and safety hazards.

Successful completion of this qualification and suitable experience provides you with the opportunity to become a supervisor/manager, or trainee manager in medium and large organisations within the area of occupational health and safety.

After completing a Diploma in Work Health and Safety you will be able to work as a health and safety practitioner, responsible for the organisation of the safety and health functions within a workplace.

Assessments for qualifications are competency based, which means students are assessed against the unit of competency (unit) requirements.

Students will receive a 'Satisfactory (S)' or 'Not Yet Satisfactory (NYS)' result.

When a student receives a satisfactory result for all assessment tasks a 'competent' outcome will be awarded for the entire unit, and a certificate will be issued.

If you are not happy with your grade, you can complete the assessment appeals form.
If you complete the full course you will receive a Qualification, otherwise you will receive a statement of attainment for completed units.

This course is nationally recognised and your certificate will be issued under the Australian Quality Training Framework standards.
