Evidence of Identity:

Photo identity is required on the day. A drivers license, RTA photo card, or passport meets the identity requirements.

Certificate:

Workcover NSW approved Certificate of Attendance

Prerequisites:

You must provide evidence that you have completed either the:

  • 5 day HSR training course

or

  • 1 day HSR GAP course.

 

Original certificate must be sighted by the trainer before training commences.

HSR Refresher Training

The NSW Work health and Safety Regualtions 2011 state that "A health and safety representative is entitled to attend .... 1 day's refresher training each year, with the entitlement to the first refresher training commencing 1 year after the initial training." (Clause 21).

This course is approved by Workcover NSW and meets the requirements of the NSW Legislation.

Workcover NSW has determined a number of pre-requesites for this course.

 

You must provide ORIGINAL evidence that you have completed either the:

* 5 Day HSR training course

* 1 day HSR Gap course

 

The ORIGINAL certificate must be sighted by the trainer on the day of training, before training commences.
