How Does It Work ?
We offer a full money back guarantee on all our public safety training courses. If you are not happy with any aspect of our course, simply let us know by morning tea on the first day of the course.
You will be free to leave, no questions asked, and we will forward a full refund of your enrollment.
Obviously we wont give you a certificate, or permit you to take away any of the promotional items or reference materials provided.
Is this Really A No Questions Asked Guarantee ?
Well not exactly. Our quality controller may contact you find out how we can improve our services.
The Fine Print
- The participant must turn up for training on the first scheduled day of the Easy HR course.
- The participant must leave the Easy HR course at morning tea of the first scheduled course date. Participants can only take advantage of the Easy HR guarantee during morning tea on the first day of any multi day course.
- Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes late for the Easy HR course are excluded from this guarantee.
- If a participant chooses to take advantage of the Easy HR guarantee, then they must provide us with a certificate stating that they have completed the same course through another training provider.
- The above certificate must be provided to us within 30 calendar days of the participants decision to take advantage of the Easy HR guarantee.
- The above certificate must clearly show the course dates. These dates must all occur after the first day of the scheduled Easy HR course.
- The booking for the alternative provider's course must occur after the participant has elected to take advantage of the Easy HR guarantee. At our discretion, we may require the participant to provide evidence of this.
- A refund will be provided within 14 days of the participant providing the documentation specified above.
