WHS Act 2012 Training Course Overview:
This course is designed to brief attendees on the key aspects of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011, and to highlight some of the changes between this legislation and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000. This course is designed for both employers and employees. The new Act was introduced in NSW on 1 January 2012.
