Course Overview:
Workers Compensation is a significant operating
cost that all companies are required by law to
provide. Insurers use your claims
history to determine your premium at the end of
each year. It is important that workers
compensation be managed effectively in order to
reduce the premium by as much as possible.
This course provides the foundation needed by employers to manage workers compensation in NSW and to comply with the legislative requirements under the NSW Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1989.
