General Information
These terms should be read in conjuction with:
Easy HR Course Participant Handbook
Easy HR Distance Learning Handbook
Invoicing and Payment Course fees are due on enrolment.
Tax Invoices will be forwarded within 7 days of enrollment. (Usually much sooner).
Course materials will not be shipped until payment has been made in full. Where a payment plan has been selected, prior payment is required before manuals for each stage of the course are forwarded.
If payment of a course fee has
not been received within 60 days, an
enrolment may be cancelled. An enrolled participant
will always be notified prior to this occurring.
Students will not be granted additional time to complete the course as a result of slow payments.
If a purchase order is provided
the terms and conditions contained in the invoice
override the terms and conditions specified in
that purchase order.
Where an account remains overdue for over 90 days Easy HR reserves the right to list that company or client's details on our defaulting clients web page. Easy HR will always contact the client and provide them with 14 days to pay the account, before they are added.
Where an account remains overdue easy HR reserves the right to charge the client a late fee, plus any debts that may be incurred in the recovery of the outstanding invoices.
Deferrals
Deferrals
will only be accepted in writing.
There is no fee for a deferral received within 30 days of course commencement, provided the student resumes study within 6 months. Students who do not resume study within the required time frame forfeit any enrolment fees paid to date. (Maximum deferral period is 6 months.) Participants may only defer their course once under these terms. Subsequent course deferrals will be treated as cancellations.
Extensions Of time
All our Distance Education courses must be completed within 12 months of commencement.
Extensions will only be considered if applied for in writing.
Where an extension of time is granted, additional fees may be charged.

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Refunds are not provided for students who cancel their enrolment.
Optional Workshop
If a student fails to attend
a workshop, course fees will not be refunded or
allocated to another program.
Students who fail to prepay for an optional workshop may have their place on that workshop cancelled at any time. Students will be informed by email if this occurs.
If a course or workshop is overbooked, delegates who have paid prior to the course commencement will be given priority.
Easy HR Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule workshops due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur a full refund will be provided.
Easy HR Pty Ltd reserves the right to change course or workshop fees, dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion.
General
Where a refund is due to a participant
a full refund cheque will be sent within thirty
days.
Privacy
Easy HR Pty Ltd does not sell
or rent its student and client details to other
organisations. The information collected on the
enrolment form is for the purposes of processing
your registration, creating and maintaining participant
records, keeping you informed of upcoming events
and products and assisting us in improving our
service to you. Please contact us with any enquiries
you may have in relation to this matter.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous
terms and conditions issued.
