| Whether it is a custom in-house course, a short toolbox talk, or scheduled public course, Easy HR prides itself on on the level of training that we prepare and deliver for our clients. We understand that trying to get employees to an external location to participate in courses is often difficult due to busy schedules. Easy HR facilitates this by conducting courses onsite at your premises.
Alternatively if the buzz of the office, phones and interruptions is too much and would make it difficult to concentrate, we can arrange a suitable venue. Easy HR can arrange local venues like clubs or conference centres, or a CBD 5 star hotel, depending on your budget.
Easy HR is are able to arrange for flexible delivery either at your workplace, or at a nearby conference centre.
All Easy HR safety trainers are all fully accredited by WorkCover NSW and our courses are guaranteed to meet the requirements of the Legislation. Because Easy HR trainers are experts in their fields,
they are able to assist individual course participants
with difficulties they have after they have returned
to put their new skill into practice. We do not
simply walk away.
We believe that the fundamental success of a course is making it as interesting as possible for all participants. We accomplish this by way of studies, role plays, video, games and exercises, presentation and facilitated discussion. All Easy HR trainers have appropriate qualifications, and use a variety of training aids to ensure courses are memorable and effective.
Our standard training programs can be adapted or special programs designed, to suit individual organisations needs. All our training programs can be delivered in house at your workplace.
At Easy HR we understand that time is valuable, and that not everybody can afford a whole day or half a day to attend training. That's why we developed our "Toolbox talks". Toolbox talks generally last between 40-60 minutes and can be on any number of topics.
