The Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator training course will provide your Return to Work Coordinator with the skills they need to perform their role effectively. This course meets the requirements of the SIRA Return to Work Coordination training. This course is for those planning to work as a Return to Work Coordinator in NSW. A Return To Work Coordinator is a worker nominated by an employer, whose principal purpose is to assist injured workers to return to work in a safe and durable manner.

All Easy HR course participants are provided with access to the student area of out website, where we provide additional Return to Work training resources.

The NSW law says:

Category 1 employers (employers whose basic tariff premium exceeds $50,000, self insurers, and employers who are insured by a specialised insurer and who employ more than 20 workers) must appoint a return to work coordinator. The Return to Work Coordinator "must have relevant training, skills and experience to perform the role and functions of a RTW coordinator". This course provides those skills, and experiences.

Whether you are a Category 1 or Category 2 employer - it makes sound financial sense to have a trained Return To Work Coordinator who is able to assist in getting injured workers back to work!
